Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at fitleet.ae@gmail.com
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  • Package items securely and ship to our return address

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

For exchanges, we'll send the replacement item once we receive your return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
